 What platforms do you design websites on?

We design on WordPress and Elementor. Based on your needs, functionality, and goals, we’ll discuss if anything other plugins may work best for you during our consultation.

Will I need to be available on my Design Day?

Yes, you will need to be available for your Design Day. You won’t need to be sitting on your computer all day long, but you’ll want to make sure you have your phone nearby to respond quickly if any questions or feedback requests arise. For One Day Websites, you will need to plan on being free from around 3-5pm EST. This is when we will do the website reveal and work through any revisions.

How far in advance should I schedule my Design Day?

We typically recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow you enough time to gather content for your new website design/brand design! Make sure to check with us if you have a tight deadline you are working towards. We will do what we can to get you squeezed in and ready to launch!

Can I customize these packages?

Absolutely! Our packages are designed to cover the essentials, but we understand every business is unique. We can customize elements to fit your specific needs and goals to create something that works perfectly for you!

Do I need to provide my own content (like images and text)?

Yes, you’ll need to provide your own content before your project starts. 

We do offer stock image curation to find images for your website. We can assist for an extra charge to help get the best return on your investment. Having the right words is a HUGE factor for SEO and turning leads into customers. 

Do you require branding and professional photos for the website?

We don’t. But there is a huge difference between our clients’ websites that have them and the ones who don’t. 

What’s not included?

A few things to keep in mind:

  • * Your domain name will need to be purchased, if you don’t already have one.
  • * Required legal policies like privacy policies and terms of service are included for the first year only, but upon yearly renewal your cost is $125 to ensure your website stays compliant.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make investing in your website easier. Usually we take 50% up front and 50% upon completion. During our consultation, we’ll discuss the best payment option for you. Subscription plans may be available for web design.

Do you provide website maintenance?

Yes, we do have Website Care plans to help you keep your website updated and the proper maintenance.

Is my website required to have accessibility functions?

We don’t. But there is a huge difference between our clients’ websites that have them and the ones who don’t. 

Do you offer any other services?

Yes! We offer additional services like advanced SEO, AI Agents, lead magnet creation, and social media marketing setup to drive traffic to your website and capture leads. We also provide marketing services exclusively for our clients to support their business growth.

Are there any additional costs?

Yes. If you require specialty plugins for your business the cost is your responsibility and renewals. We will help you select other options to make sure it has all of the functionality and features you are needing!
